We seek a highly organised Wholesale Coordinator with natural leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail.

The Role |

  • Coordinating all ongoing orders with internal team and Casuals

  • Coordinating all logistics and dispatch of orders with internal team and Casuals

  • Picking of orders and checking orders

  • Creating sales orders in Joor

  • Order confirmation emails

  • Assisting stockists with curating orders

  • Providing stock on hand lists as necessary

  • Packing and storing of orders

  • Processing and sending invoices

  • DHL and AUS Post quotes

  • Joor & Joor Pay

  • Assist with unpacking of deliveries on a weekly basis, thorough QQ, checking and recording documentation

  • Update details in CRM database and wholesale monthly sales spreadsheet

  • Coordinating invoicing for wholesale orders

  • Approving and emailing invoices to customers

  • Assisting agents/distributors with various requests in liaison with PR & Marketing team regarding assets, imagery, marketing material, information about the brand etc.

  • Assisting distributors/agents with orders, stock on hand, backorders, confirming availability, invoicing, logistics and dispatch, etc.

  • Liaising/assisting with Online/Inventory Teams regarding stock, inventory and online orders

  • Liaising with PR & Marketing team regarding stockist requests for images

  • Contacting new stockists and analysing/approving (with LM), communicating to new stockists about approval/rejection and how to make an order, ensuring stockists have filled out all stockist information forms

  • Managing VIP stockists with special requirements to complete all relevant requirements, forms, special packing and delivery requirements, product information

  • Fabric swatches maintenance - sending fabrics to Indonesia

  • Working / liaising with PR team and photography team on product photography, product launches, photoshoots, lookbook and campaigns, lifestyle imagery, newsletters, content calendar
