We seek a detail oriented Wholesale Assistant with a strong flair for coordinating stock, orders, logistics and administration.
The Role |
Filing of latest version of all documents and resources to relevant locations in Sharepoint.
Maintain meticulous updated details in CRM Database and Wholesale Monthly Sales Spreadsheet.
Corresponding with stockists to curate, pick, prepare for invoicing and complete wholesale orders.
Curating lists of suggested items on email including images/links, or a customised gallery on B2B platform
Order confirmation emails via B2B Platform and FAIRE
Picking and packing for sales orders
Preparing orders to be dispatched & scanning and packing shipments
Assisting delivery partners on loading shipments into vehicle
Liaising with Agents and Distributors on current and future collections and sales
Coordinating samples or loans for wholesale clients or agents and entering information on spreadsheet
Contacting new stockists and analysing/approving (with LM), communicating to new stockists about approval/rejection and how to make an order, ensuring stockists have filled out all stockist information forms and have access to terms and conditions and other relevant information
Setting up B2B accounts for approved stockists enquiring via website, email and social media
Updating Klaviyo, google maps and Instagram for all new stockists
