The Role |
Based in Sydney, this role drives trade and customer marketing strategy and execution across ANZ. They will be leading retail activations, key account campaigns, and partnership marketing that bring the brand to life in-store and online. Working cross-functionally with brand, commercial, and sports marketing teams, you’ll deliver best-in-class marketing programs that enhance visibility, sell-through, and consumer engagement.
Develop and execute annual Trade & Customer Marketing activation plans across ANZ.
Partner with key retail accounts (including major national and online retailers) to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
Collaborate with internal brand and commercial teams to align trade activity with global brand strategy.
Manage creative briefs, campaign collateral, and retail toolkits to support product sell-through.
Work with external agencies, suppliers, and creative teams to ensure campaign excellence.
Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery across all campaigns.
Support athlete and sports marketing initiatives, including team collaborations and product seeding.
Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise impact.
The Skillset |
5+ years’ experience in brand, trade, or customer marketing, ideally within retail, sportswear, or consumer goods.
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across retail and digital platforms.
Strong relationship management skills and experience partnering with key retail accounts.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience managing budgets and external partners/agencies.
A collaborative, proactive, and creative mindset.
Experience within sporting, lifestyle, or apparel categories is advantageous.
