Our client is a globally recognised luxury jewellery and accessory brand that is sold in over 40 countries. Known for its rich history, iconic designs and craftsmanship, they are a leader in their field and have been for over 150 years. We now have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join the team in Perth.
The Role |
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Manager is essentially the Assistant Manager of the store. You will be focused on driving profitability targets and implementing sales plans to achieve set goals. You will effectively lead, develop and support a group of talented client advisors to meet and/or exceed individual sales through nurturing client relationships and providing outstanding customer service. In addition, you:
Build relationships with internal and external clients through meaningful commercial outreach.
Support the Store Manager in organizing and hosting events for clients.
Become an expert on product and sales training module.
Assist with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters.
The Skills |
You are an experienced retail professional with a background in premium or luxury fashion, passionate about developing others and lifting performance through coaching. You are hands-on, engaging, and thrive on bringing out the best in people.
Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience.
Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer related experience (i.e., hospitality, events, banking, etc.).
Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stake holders and clients.
Experience working towards targets and KPIs and a proven record in achieving sales results.
Experience in organizing events is a plus.

Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
Full working rights, Sunday - Thursday roster full time.
