The Role |
We are seeking a customer focused, highly organised, tech/systems-savvy fashion-lover to support their Creative Director and General Manager in managing relationships with local and international clients. You are a natural, charismatic 'go to' person and strong relationship builder with the ability to juggle competing priorities, creative and administrative tasks.
Based in Sydney Head Office, located near the Metro line, you will love to travel and be required to travel to locally and to international destinations.
Key Responsibilities include but will be not limited to liaising and building relationships with Agents and Stockists via phone, email and visits in-person. Managing day to day queries such as orders, payments, logistics /shipping questions. Ensuring Agents and Stockists have all Assets, Catalogues and Lookbooks required, providing assistance where needed. You will coordinate and maintain samples from manufacturers to Agents and Stockists and provide ATS Sheets (Stock on Hand). Assist in acquisition of new clients, manage Brandscope (their wholesale e-commerce platform), weekly and monthly reporting and assist in developing monthly EDM's both each brand.

Experience in Account Management or Sales Coordination
Passion for fashion and design
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
Creative, highly organised and strong attention to detail
Go Getter mindset, can-do attitude
Tech Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign
Must have car, drivers license and willing and happy to drive to see clients.
