The Role I
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting boutique leadership while overseeing the day-to-day performance of the retail team. Acting as a hands-on leader on the floor, you will guide, coach, and support Fashion Advisors to ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience.
You will be the first point of contact for team support and operational guidance, ensuring the boutique runs seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards across service, presentation, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting the Fashion Advisor team on a day-to-day basis.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to drive performance and service excellence.
Leading by example on the boutique floor through strong client engagement and sales contribution.
Supporting rostering, task allocation, and daily operational execution.
Ensuring all policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
Maintaining exceptional standards across boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
Assisting with resolving client queries and complaints to ensure the best possible outcome.
Identifying training needs and supporting ongoing team development initiatives.
The Skillset I
We are seeking a confident and driven retail professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
You will bring:
Previous experience in retail within a premium or luxury environment, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
A strong client service mindset with the ability to manage and resolve customer needs.
Operational confidence across store processes, systems, and procedures.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium standards.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
A genuine passion for fashion, retail, and team leadership.
