The Role I
As Deputy Manager, you will be a pivotal leader within the boutique, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance, elevate team capability, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Acting as the link between leadership and the retail floor, you will take ownership of daily operations while leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to perform at the highest level. You will set the tone on the floor—leading by example and ensuring every client interaction reflects the standards of a world-class luxury environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Championing a client-centric culture focused on relationship building, loyalty, and repeat business.
Maintaining exceptional standards across visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and team grooming.
Overseeing daily operations including rostering, sales processes, and policy compliance.
Driving operational excellence across stock control, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house organisation.
Monitoring individual and team performance, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
Leading from the floor through active client engagement and consistent team support.
