The Role I

As a Fashion Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, playing a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience. You will engage clients on the boutique floor, building meaningful relationships while bringing the brand's story, products, and values to life.

With a focus on creating emotional connections, you will go beyond transactional selling, curating experiences, offering styling expertise, and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a personalised, elevated client experience aligned with luxury service standards.

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships and developing your own client portfolio.

  • Driving sales performance through styling expertise, product knowledge, and client engagement.

  • Acting as a true brand ambassador, embodying brand values, image, and storytelling.

  • Maintaining exceptional standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and grooming.

  • Contributing to after-sales service excellence, including follow-ups and client care.

  • Sharing client insights, feedback, and trends with boutique leadership.

  • Supporting day-to-day boutique operations and adhering to all operational procedures.

The Skillset I

We are looking for a polished and client-focused individual who is passionate about luxury retail and thrives in a high-touch, service-driven environment.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally within premium or luxury environments.

  • A strong client service mindset with the ability to build genuine, long-lasting relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging approach.

  • A natural ability to style, advise, and inspire clients through product knowledge.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Confidence in achieving sales targets and contributing to boutique performance.

  • A genuine passion for fashion, luxury, and delivering memorable client experiences.
