The Role I

As a Supervisor you play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving sales and coaching and mentoring a small team of client advisors to uphold brand standards. 

You will also deliver exceptional and highly personalised client experience. Building meaningful relationships while bringing the brand's story, products, and values to life.

With a focus on creating emotional connections, you will go beyond transactional selling, curating experiences, offering styling expertise, and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury retail.

  • Develop the Fashion Advisor team to deliver the in-store experience to every client through identifying of development needs, coaching, and partnering

  • Continue to build a client network

  • Cultivate an outstanding sense of customer service, initiative, and commercial ability, always upholding the company standards and creative values

  • Support in creating a positive work environment, empowering the Fashion Advisors to deliver innovative solutions

  • Be the example of strategic vision, targets, projects, and initiatives, ensuring the team are constantly displaying the company Values & Behaviours

  • Support the management team in leading and developing the business of the boutique

  • Be the voice of the store by understanding the business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations

The Skillset I

We are looking for a polished and client-focused individual who is passionate about luxury retail and thrives in a high-touch, service-driven environment. You have previous experience in fashion/luxury brand that has a strong focus on customer experience and with management experience of a significant sized team (10 and over). In addition

  • Premium Retail Expertise: Proven success within luxury, premium, or boutique retail environments, delivering elevated customer experiences and building lasting client relationships.

  • People & Leadership Capability: Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong appreciation for brand storytelling, attention to detail, and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.

  • Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stock integrity, and the effective use of retail systems to drive efficiency and commercial outcomes.
