We are seeking an inspiring Deputy Head of Boutique to support the leadership of the Pacific Fair boutique, partnering with an engaged and passionate team to deliver exceptional client experiences and commercial success.


The Role | 

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, and support and assist the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties. You will play a central role on the sales floor actively contributing to sales, working alongside the members of the team, whilst coaching and stiving to increasing boutique sales, and achieving objectives set out.

You work to deliver memorable experience and services to your clients. In addition:

  • You will be e a passionate brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s DNA in and outside the boutique, especially at events.

  • You are energetic, self-motivated, action and results oriented.

  • Review store KPIs, identify growth opportunities, build actionable plans, and drive follow-through with clear communication and feedback.

  • Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database - driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store.

  • Propose new ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix).

The Skillset | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles who are creative, and results-driven; someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

Technical skill matters, but personality and relationship building is key!

  • Previous management experience in a luxury/retail environment.

  • You have a passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle and new technologies.

  • Knowledge of the Brand DNA & history is an added bonus!

  • Ability to effectively lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.

  • Agile manager, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to work with people of various backgrounds including open communication and making sound decisions.

  • You have a client centric mindset, experience in clienteling and the ability to nurture long lasting relationships and build new client relationships.

  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
