As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a high-profile outlet store while building a positive team culture and driving commercial success.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you will lead the Rockhampton Outlet store, taking ownership of the day-to-day operations while driving sales performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, setting the standard across customer service, operational excellence and team engagement. With both the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager positions currently vacant, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to make a genuine impact and help shape the next chapter of the store's success.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
Driving sales performance and achieving store budgets and KPIs
Delivering exceptional customer experiences that keep customers coming back
Creating an inclusive, positive and accountable team culture
Providing regular coaching, feedback and ongoing development for your team
Managing day-to-day store operations, including stock, visual merchandising and store presentation
Taking ownership of operational standards and ensuring the store runs efficiently
Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
Leading by example and creating a customer-first environment

You will bring:
Previous Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment
A proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
Strong leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing teams
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
Confidence providing clear direction, feedback and support to your team
Strong operational capability across stock management, visual merchandising and store performance
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
The ability to confidently manage change and drive positive outcomes
A genuine passion for retail, customer service and developing people
