An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead their beautiful High Street, Armadale boutique. Set within one of Melbourne's most coveted luxury shopping destinations, this is an opportunity to represent a sophisticated Australian brand while building a highly personalised and memorable client experience.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the boutique, its people, its performance, and ultimately, the experience of every client who walks through the door.
Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while cultivating meaningful, long-term client relationships. Commercially astute and passionate about luxury retail, you'll balance sales performance with impeccable operational execution, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the elevated standards of the brand.
This is a role for a leader who understands the nuances of luxury retail - where considered service, attention to detail, product knowledge, and genuine connection create an experience that extends far beyond the transaction.
In addition, you will:
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing boutique team through ongoing coaching, recognition, and clear performance expectations.
Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Champion a highly personalised approach to client service, building lasting relationships and strong client loyalty.
Develop a culture where exceptional service and commercial performance go hand in hand.
Oversee inventory management, stock integrity, and loss prevention.
Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation are executed impeccably and consistently reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
Manage budgets and store costs with a considered commercial approach.
Uphold operational, compliance, and workplace safety standards while fostering an inclusive and positive team culture.
The Skillset |
We're looking for an accomplished retail leader who brings together commercial intelligence, elevated service, and exceptional people leadership.
You will bring:
A minimum of 2 years' retail management experience, including leadership experience within luxury or premium fashion.
A genuine understanding of luxury service and the ability to cultivate meaningful, long-term client relationships.
Proven success driving sales, KPIs, profitability, and overall store performance.
A natural leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire, and unlock the potential of your team.
Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting business performance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Impeccable attention to detail and an appreciation for beautiful product, presentation, and elevated retail environments.
Confidence across retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
A hands-on approach - you're just as comfortable leading from the boutique floor as you are managing the commercial strategy behind it.
