Due to internal progression, we are now sourcing a passionate Full Time Stylist to join their close-knit team in Auckland CBD. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely loves fashion, enjoys styling clients and thrives in a boutique environment where every interaction is personal.
The Role |
As a Stylist, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day success of the boutique. While delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term customer relationships will be at the heart of your role, you'll also be commercially minded, taking ownership of sales results, nurturing a loyal VIP client base and contributing to the overall performance of the store. This is a hands-on position where you'll be equally comfortable styling clients, managing stock, supporting daily operations and doing whatever it takes to create a seamless boutique experience.
The Skill Set |
Previous retail experience is essential.
Passionate about building genuine client relationships and developing a loyal VIP customer base.
Energetic, positive and confident in a customer-facing environment.
Sales-driven with a proactive approach and a willingness to go above and beyond.
A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for premium fashion, quality fabrics and strong craftsmanship.
