Store Manager
Established Australian Fashion Brand
Now Hiring in the Gold Coast
The Brand |
Our client is an established Australian fashion retailer with a growing presence and a strong focus on product, people and creating an engaging in-store experience. With an energetic and culture-led approach to retail, they are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Pacific Fair location. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who loves being on the floor, developing a team and taking genuine ownership of their store.
The Role |
This is more than a traditional Store Manager role. Alongside taking ownership of the Pacific Fair stores day-to-day performance and leadership, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to help build the brand’s presence across the Gold Coast.
You’ll lead from the front across team development, sales, customer experience, VM and operations - with the added opportunity to make an impact both inside the store and across the wider Gold Coast market.
Looking beyond your four walls, you’ll support brand activations, events and local initiatives, finding new ways to connect with the community, drive awareness and bring new customers into store.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing your team through regular feedback and on-floor support
Driving sales, store performance and commercial outcomes
Creating an engaging and consistent customer experience
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
Identifying opportunities to increase foot traffic, customer engagement and profitability
Taking ownership of day-to-day store operations and people matters
Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team environment
The Skillset |
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager ready to step up, who genuinely enjoys fashion, people and the pace of a customer-facing retail environment.
You will be a confident and energetic leader who is comfortable setting expectations, providing constructive feedback and getting the best from different personalities. You won’t be someone who leads from the back office - you’ll enjoy being alongside your team, connecting with customers and setting the standard through your own performance.
You will bring:
Previous retail leadership experience within fashion or a similarly fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for people development and team culture
Strong commercial awareness and confidence driving store performance
A customer-first approach and ability to create memorable in-store experiences
Strong attention to VM, presentation and operational standards
The Offer |
In addition to a competitive salary package, you will enjoy:
Tuesday - Saturday roster | 38 hours per week
Access to a range of wellness initiatives
Generous team discounts and wardrobe benefits
A supportive, culture-led environment where individuality and contribution are valued
Genuine opportunity to broaden your skill set, increase your exposure across the wider business and grow alongside the brand as it continues to evolve
