The Brand |
Our client is a growing Australian lifestyle brand known for considered design, creativity and a strong connection with its customer community.
With an expanding retail presence, they are looking for an experienced Retail Experience Manager to lead a key Melbourne Inner North location, while also providing support and mentorship to Store Managers across the wider network.
The Role |
This is a great opportunity for a high-performing Store Manager ready to take their first step into broader multi-site leadership.
You'll take ownership of your own store, leading its people, commercial performance and customer experience, while working closely with the Head of Retail to support Store Managers across the network.
In addition, you will:
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team.
Drive sales, budgets and key retail KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT.
Deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience.
Maintain strong visual merchandising, stock and operational standards.
Build relationships within the local community to drive awareness and store traffic.
Coach and mentor Store Managers across the wider retail network.
Support managers to understand their performance and identify commercial opportunities.
Partner closely with the Head of Retail to bring broader retail priorities to life.
Share ideas and best practice across stores to continually improve performance.
The Skillset |
We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded retail leader who loves people and is ready for greater responsibility.
You will bring:
Strong Store Management experience within retail.
Proven success driving sales and commercial performance.
A genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
Confidence working with budgets and retail KPIs.
Strong customer experience and visual merchandising capability.
A proactive and hands-on leadership style.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience supporting multiple stores or mentoring other Store Managers would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
