The Role |

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead the Melbourne CBD store. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing retail environment where customer experience, commercial success, and team development are equally valued.

Leading from the front, you will create an engaging and high-performing culture, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality and service. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, balancing commercial outcomes with operational excellence while developing a confident and capable team.

In addition, you will:

  • Lead the customer experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm, engaging, and memorable in-store journey.

  • Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing retail team through regular feedback and ongoing development.

  • Drive sales performance, productivity, and profitability while delivering on budgets and KPIs.

  • Oversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently and consistently.

  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and execute promotional campaigns to the highest level.

  • Develop effective rosters that balance customer demand, labour budgets, and operational requirements.

  • Monitor store performance, analyse key metrics, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance across operational procedures, OH&S, cash handling, security, and company policies.

  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, ordering, and replenishment.

  • Partner closely with the wider retail leadership team to deliver business initiatives and support continued growth.

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager within a premium, lifestyle, hospitality, or customer experience-led retail environment.

  • A genuine passion for leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

  • Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to create memorable in-store experiences.

  • Strong operational capability across rostering, stock management, compliance, and financial performance.

  • Confident communicator who can inspire teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused leadership style.
