The Role I

We are seeking experienced and inspiring Boutique Leaders across multiple locations in Melbourne to lead high-performing retail teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be accountable for fostering a positive, high-performance culture that balances commercial success with people development, creating an environment where both customers and team members thrive.

Locations - Watergarden, South Wharf DFO, Doncaster, Werribee, Epping, Essendon DFO.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through styling, service, and personalised engagement

  • Driving boutique performance across sales, conversion, ATV, and key customer metrics

  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team

  • Leading performance conversations and creating a culture of accountability and growth

  • Managing wages, rostering, and productivity to optimise business performance

  • Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards

  • Overseeing stock integrity, inventory management, and loss prevention

  • Leading the execution of campaigns, promotions, and key trading periods

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture
