The Brand |
This founder led luxury boutique specialises in Australian and International designers, contemporary fashion pieces and wardrobe staples. They offer professional and personal styling services, where you can purchase a variety of new and pre loved items in excellent condition. We’re looking for an energetic Retail Sales and Operations Manager who will play a vital part in growing the business as it rebrands and continues to expand.
The Role |
In this role you will be hands on, driving a customer first environment and understand your customers and stakeholders are your biggest assets. You will drive consistency in daily store operations and be proactive in finding new business for continued sales growth. You will also:
Show enthusiasm for delivering an elevated customer experience. You aim to build returning customers!
Strong product knowledge of instore pieces, be comfortable styling outfits and confident curating different looks to suit the needs of your customer.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, driving an environment of accountability & initiative in all team.
Strive for consistency in processes, delivering operational excellence in visual merchandising standards and inventory management.
Be adaptable and a problem solver!
The Skills |
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who:
3 years + experience in fashion retail management.
Has a thorough understanding and passion for fashion. Which is reflected through : Personal styling & styling of customers.
Strong computer skills – preferably with Shopify or a similar POS, Canva, Klaviyo, Microsoft Word, Excel, XERO (not essential) and other related apps.
Strong leadership skills demonstrating excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Implement coaching and training plans to develop team and achieve business goals. Reviewing team performance regularly
Strong attention to detail and experience with stock control, stock auditing and VM.
