The Role I
We are seeking experienced and inspiring Boutique Leaders across multiple locations in Melbourne to lead high-performing retail teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be accountable for fostering a positive, high-performance culture that balances commercial success with people development, creating an environment where both customers and team members thrive.
Locations - Watergarden, South Wharf DFO, Doncaster, Werribee, Epping, Essendon DFO.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through styling, service, and personalised engagement
Driving boutique performance across sales, conversion, ATV, and key customer metrics
Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
Leading performance conversations and creating a culture of accountability and growth
Managing wages, rostering, and productivity to optimise business performance
Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards
Overseeing stock integrity, inventory management, and loss prevention
Leading the execution of campaigns, promotions, and key trading periods
Creating a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture

Proven retail leadership experience within a customer-focused environment
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and operational management capabilities
