The Role |
As the Store Manager you have the opportunity to truly own your boutique - leading the people, performance and client experience while being supported by an established wider retail team.
You’ll stay close to what makes fashion retail exciting: styling clients, developing your team, building a loyal customer community and seeing the direct impact of your leadership on store performance.
You will:
Lead and develop a passionate team, building capability and future talent.
Put in strategies to deliver on store’s sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.
Drive styling, clienteling and repeat business, creating an experience clients return for.
Lead from the floor, coaching your team and identifying opportunities to grow performance.
Take ownership of VM, stock, rostering and day-to-day operations.
Partner with Area and State leadership, gaining exposure beyond your own store and supporting wider retail initiatives.
The Skillset |
We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, loves people and knows how to drive a retail business.
You’ll ideally bring previous Store Management experience within fashion retail, strong commercial awareness and confidence leading a team towards ambitious targets. You’ll be equally comfortable coaching on the floor, styling a client, reviewing your KPIs or developing your next future leader.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a hands-on leadership style, genuine energy for customer experience and the motivation to continue developing your own career
