The Role |

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead the Brisbane DFO boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing store, inspiring their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging team culture, developing talent, and ensuring the store consistently delivers on both commercial and brand objectives. You will lead from the front, acting as a true brand ambassador while fostering meaningful client relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team

  • Driving sales, KPI achievement, and commercial performance

  • Creating exceptional customer experiences through service excellence and client engagement

  • Managing store operations including rostering, productivity, inventory, and compliance

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members

  • Identifying opportunities to grow business performance and customer loyalty

  • Maintaining visual merchandising and brand presentation standards

  • Building a positive and collaborative team culture that inspires success

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is a passionate people leader with a strong background in premium retail and a proven ability to drive results.

You will bring:

  • Previous Store Management experience within fashion, accessories, luxury, or premium retail

  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and driving commercial outcomes

  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing high-performing teams

  • Exceptional customer service and clientelling capabilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organisational and operational management experience

  • A positive, energetic, and entrepreneurial approach to leadership

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high standards
