The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of the Brisbane Airport store, leading from the floor and inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional experience every day.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll balance strong commercial leadership with a genuine passion for people and product. From developing future leaders and driving sales to ensuring beautiful presentation and operational excellence, you'll have ownership across all areas of the store.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
Driving sales, profitability and overall store performance
Creating memorable and highly engaging customer experiences
Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members and future leaders
Setting daily sales targets and coaching your team to achieve results
Managing rosters, labour costs and staffing requirements
Maintaining exceptional product, visual merchandising and presentation standards
Overseeing stock management, ordering, receiving and waste minimisation
Maintaining strong operational, food safety and compliance standards
Building a positive culture centred around trust, accountability and recognition
Working collaboratively with regional leadership, operations and support teams
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and commercial performance

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Store Manager who understands that exceptional retail is about much more than simply achieving a sales target.
You'll be someone who loves being on the floor with your team and customers, while also having the commercial capability to confidently manage the business behind the scenes.
You will bring:
Previous Store Manager experience within a premium or fast-paced retail environment
A proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
Strong coaching, development and performance management capability
Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams
Confidence managing rosters, labour costs, stock and operational performance
A genuine passion for elevated customer service and product storytelling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail across product and store presentation
A positive, engaging and solutions-focused leadership style
The ability to build trust, create accountability and lead through change
A genuine interest in premium food, lifestyle or experience-led retail
