We are seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee a high-performing luxury store in Bondi Junction and lead an established team. This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial success, enhance the customer experience, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a significant retail footprint, managing performance across all aspects of the business, and developing a culture of excellence within your team. You will balance commercial objectives with customer experience, ensuring strong business results while maintaining high operational standards.
Drive store performance through effective planning, execution, and team leadership.
Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
Support employee growth through ongoing development, coaching, and succession planning.
Ensure all store operations are executed efficiently and consistently.
Oversee inventory management, visual presentation, compliance, and customer service standards.
Support a seamless customer experience across all sales channels.
The Skillset |
You are a commercially minded retail leader with a proven track record of delivering results through strong people leadership and operational excellence,
Experience in a Store Manager, Store Director, Area Manager, State Manager or similar leadership position developed within premium or luxury retail.
Demonstrated success managing a large-scale retail operation.
Experience managing turnover of more than $10 million
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative leadership style.
