An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Sunshine Plaza boutique, taking ownership of the team, commercial performance and overall customer experience.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the Sunshine Plaza boutique, leading from the floor, developing your people and creating an energetic environment where your team feels inspired to perform.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a fashion-focused leader who loves the combination of people, styling, customer experience and commercial performance.
In addition, you will:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing boutique team.
Drive sales, budgets and key retail KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT.
Create an engaging and highly personalised styling experience.
Build a loyal customer community through genuine relationship-building.
Recruit, onboard and develop your team, creating pathways for future progression.
Coach your leadership team and build strong succession within the store.
Take ownership of rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day operations.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to drive further growth.
Create a positive, energetic and accountable store culture.
Partner closely with Area and State leadership to deliver wider retail initiatives.

We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded fashion leader who genuinely loves developing people and creating an incredible in-store experience.
You will ideally bring:
Previous Store Management or strong Assistant Store Management experience within fashion retail.
A proven ability to drive sales and achieve commercial targets.
Confidence coaching, motivating and developing a successful team.
A genuine passion for womenswear, styling and customer experience.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
A hands-on leadership style and love of being on the shop floor.
Strong operational and visual merchandising capability.
Energy, personality and the ability to create a high-performing team culture.
Ambition to continue developing your career within a growing national retailer.
