An opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Chadstone location, bringing this refreshed vision to life through exceptional people leadership, commercial performance and customer experience.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll take complete ownership of the Chadstone store — leading your team, driving commercial performance and creating an engaging environment that introduces customers to the brand's evolving product offering.
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with creativity. You'll understand your numbers, know how to get the best from your team and equally love product, visual merchandising and creating a store that customers genuinely want to explore.
In addition, you will:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing and engaged retail team.
Drive sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.
Create an exciting, seamless and highly customer-focused store experience.
Bring energy and excitement to the brand's evolving lifestyle product offering.
Coach your team to build product knowledge and confidently engage customers.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow sales.
Take ownership of rostering, wages, productivity and day-to-day store operations.
Maintain strong stock management processes within a high-volume environment.
Execute visual merchandising direction while identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
Recruit, onboard and develop your team.
Create a positive, supportive and accountable store culture.
Lead from the floor and set the standard for customer experience and performance.

We're looking for an energetic and creative retail leader who gets excited about product, people and performance.
You will ideally bring:
Previous Store Management or strong Assistant Store Management experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams.
Strong commercial acumen across sales, wages, shrinkage and retail KPIs.
A genuine passion for customer experience.
Confidence managing high stock volumes and stock processes.
A strong eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
Creativity and the confidence to bring personality to your store.
A hands-on leadership style and love of being on the shop floor.
Strong organisation and operational capability.
