The Role |

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of leading your store and shaping the brand’s presence in the Warringah Mall community. You’ll mentor and inspire your team, create exceptional customer experiences, and run the store like an entrepreneurial business.

  • Build and maintain a customer-first culture, leading by example in service delivery

  • Deliver styling, product knowledge, and campaign messaging with passion

  • Recruit, train, and coach your team to deliver excellence in service, sales, and store operations

  • Monitor sales performance, celebrate wins, and drive results to achieve targets

  • Oversee store presentation, VM standards, and operational processes

  • Manage rostering, budgets, banking, and reporting

  • Lead seasonal events and local community initiatives to connect beyond the shop floor

  • Drive stock management, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation

The Skillset |

  • 3+ years’ experience in leadership

  • Passionate about customer service and retail culture

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Commercially astute, results-driven, and confident with budgets

  • Strong problem-solving ability with high expectations for self and team

  • Full work rights in Australia, available Tuesday–Saturday
