An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Warringah Mall flagship boutique, a top-performing location within the national network and an incredible opportunity for a strong fashion leader ready to take ownership of a high-profile store.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll take the lead of one of the brand's flagship and highest-performing boutiques, with ownership across people, commercial performance and the overall client experience.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves the combination of fashion, styling, people leadership and commercial performance.
In addition, you will:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing boutique team.
Take ownership of sales, budgets and key retail KPIs within a top-performing location.
Lead from the floor and create an elevated, highly personalised styling experience.
Build a loyal client base through genuine relationship-building and clientelling.
Coach and develop your leadership team, building capability and future succession.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
Manage rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day boutique operations.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to continue driving growth.
Create a positive, energetic and high-performing store culture.
Partner closely with Area and State leadership to deliver wider retail initiatives.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, styling and people, while having the commercial confidence to lead a flagship, high-performing business.
You will ideally bring:
Previous Store Management experience within fashion retail.
Experience leading a high-volume or high-performing store environment.
A strong understanding of sales targets, budgets and retail KPIs.
Confidence coaching, motivating and developing a successful team.
A genuine passion for styling and creating memorable client experiences.
Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
A hands-on approach and love of being on the shop floor.
Strong operational and visual merchandising capability.
Energy, polish and the ambition to continue progressing within fashion retail.
