The Role |
As Store Manager, you will lead the Bondi Junction store, driving sales, team performance and an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who loves people, product and creating meaningful customer connections. You will be responsible for building a warm and knowledgeable store environment, supporting your team to deliver considered service, and ensuring every customer feels confident, supported and well looked after.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing the store team
Driving sales performance and store KPIs
Delivering a warm, elevated and highly personalised customer experience
Building strong product knowledge across baby, lifestyle and parenting categories
Supporting customers through considered, advice-led selling
Managing day-to-day store operations, stock, rostering and store presentation
Creating a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and brand standards
Working closely with the wider retail and head office team
Leading by example on the floor and creating a calm, confident store environment
The Skillset |
We are looking for a polished, warm and commercially minded retail leader who genuinely loves customer experience.
You do not need baby or parenting product experience, however you will need to be passionate about learning the product and supporting customers through a thoughtful and personal shopping experience. This role would suit someone from premium retail, lifestyle, homewares, beauty, fashion, wellness, gifting or any customer-led retail environment.
You will bring:
Previous Store Manager experience
A warm, mature and engaging leadership style
Strong communication and people skills
Commercial confidence and the ability to drive sales
Strong attention to detail
A genuine love of customer service and product storytelling
The ability to coach, support and motivate a team
Strong operational skills across stock, rostering and store standards
A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
