This role is based in their Flagship boutique – leaders should hold experience managing significant team sizes and revenue exceeding $15 million.


The Role |

As Team Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of retail professionals while contributing to the overall success of the store. You will play a key role in driving performance, creating a positive team culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This position requires a leader who is confident balancing people development, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.

  • Drive team and store performance through effective leadership, coaching, and accountability.

  • Support team members at varying levels of experience and capability, helping each individual achieve their potential.

  • Foster a structured coaching culture focused on measurable development and performance outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting exceptional service standards.

  • Partner with store leadership to support business objectives, succession planning, and team engagement.

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating professionalism, customer focus, and commercial awareness.

The Skillset |

You are an experienced retail leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering commercial results.

You will bring:

  • Leadership experience at Store Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Area Manager, or equivalent level from a premium or luxury business.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain talent.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A passion for customer experience and team development.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and confidence working in a dynamic retail environment.
