As part of this continued expansion, an exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Lead to launch and lead a brand-new Armadale location, positioned on High Street within one of Melbourne’s most premium fashion and lifestyle precincts.
The Role |
We’re looking for a polished and commercially minded retail leader who can combine luxury-level service and clientelling with strong people leadership, community and commercial performance.
As Store Lead, you'll have the opportunity to build the store from the beginning — creating the culture, developing the team and establishing the brand within the Armadale community.
In addition, you will:
Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team.
Create an exceptional, highly personalised one-to-one customer experience.
Build meaningful long-term customer relationships through strong clientelling.
Drive sales, profitability and key retail KPIs.
Build the brand's presence within the Armadale community.
Develop relationships with local customers, businesses and community partners.
Bring the brand's performance and movement philosophy to life through community engagement.
Lead from the floor and maintain a strong connection with customers and your team.
Build a strong leadership structure across your Associate Store Lead and Lead Advisors.
Maintain exceptional operational and visual standards.
Partner closely with the wider Australian and global teams.
Establish a strong store culture from day one.
The Skillset |
Luxury and premium retail experience will be highly regarded for this location. We're looking for someone who understands the detail and relationship-building required to deliver a truly elevated experience, while still having the commercial capability to lead a busy retail business.
You will ideally bring:
Store Manager, Boutique Manager or Store Director experience within luxury, premium fashion, performance or lifestyle retail.
Strong experience leading and developing retail teams.
Exceptional clientelling and relationship-building capability.
A polished and highly personalised approach to customer experience.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with store KPIs.
Experience building a loyal customer or client community.
The ability to operate confidently within an international business.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
An authentic, inclusive and people-focused leadership style.
An interest in movement, running, sport or community would be highly regarded.
The ability to balance premium service with a commercially driven retail environment.
