The Role |
We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to launch and lead a flagship retail environment in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing the brand's presence in a new market, shaping both the customer experience and store culture from the ground up.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading a high-performing team while driving operational excellence, commercial success, and exceptional service standards.
Beyond day-to-day retail leadership, you will build meaningful relationships within the local fitness and community landscape, helping elevate the brand's presence and influence.
The Skillset I
Proven experience within a premium retail environment, including leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
Experience across inventory management, store operations, and retail systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Passion for customer experience and creating inclusive, team-oriented cultures.
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to build authentic relationships within local communities, partnerships, and brand networks.
Background within sport, fitness, or performance retail is advantageous.
