The Role I

The Social Media & Content Specialist will play a key role in shaping and delivering content across social, website and email channels, working closely with senior leadership, creative teams and commercial stakeholders. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Work closely with the Creative Director on photoshoots, including moodboards, on-the-day content capture and planning social-first assets.  

  • Partner with the General Manager on digital marketing strategy, implementation, asset creation and reporting.  

  • Conceptualise and execute B2B and B2C EDM campaigns alongside the e-commerce and sales teams.  

  • Create content across video, animation and still formats for social media, websites and EDMs.  

  • Manage social media accounts across three pages, including content concepts, influencer gifting and community management.  

  • Identify and coordinate event dressing opportunities.  

  • Support brand activations, seasonal launches, runway shows and fashion events.  

  • Maintain a consistent and elevated visual brand presence across all digital channels.  

  • Track social trends and translate relevant ideas into engaging brand content.  

The Skill Set I

  • At least 5 years’ experience in social media, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or a premium consumer brand.  

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite and Klaviyo.  

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.  

  • Confident video editing and content creation skills.  

  • A strong eye for styling, visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.  

  • Natural understanding of social media trends, digital marketing and audience engagement.  

  • Genuine passion for fashion, styling, beauty and culture.  

  • Experience managing brand social media channels.  

  • Basic digital marketing knowledge, including campaign reporting and performance insights.  

  • Copywriting experience preferred, but not essential.

Please note this role is full time in their office located in Sydney’s inner west.
