The Brand |

We're partnering with an established Australian fashion retailer, known for its contemporary approach to everyday style, strong national presence and continued growth. An exciting opportunity has opened for a State Manager to lead the Western Australian retail network, overseeing a mix of standalone stores and department store concessions.

As the business continues to go through growth, this is the perfect time to jump on board and make a genuine impact. With the autonomy to influence performance, develop your people and shape the success of an entire state, there's plenty to get excited about!

The Role |

As State Manager, you'll take ownership of retail performance across WA, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to leadership. You'll be visible in stores, connected to your teams and focused on creating an environment where people and performance thrive.

  • Lead and inspire Store Managers and concession teams across Western Australia.

  • Drive sales, KPIs and overall performance across the retail network.

  • Coach, mentor and develop talent, building a strong leadership pipeline.

  • Oversee recruitment, succession planning and team engagement.

  • Partner with Visual Merchandising to deliver inspiring store environments.

  • Manage stock, rostering and operational standards to maximise performance.

  • Work closely with Head Office to bring business initiatives to life.

The Skillset |

You're a confident, energetic retail leader who knows how to get the best out of people. You love being in stores, enjoy a challenge and have the drive to make things happen.

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience within fashion retail.

  • An Area Manager ready for their next step or an experienced State Manager seeking a fresh challenge.

  • Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs and wage management.

  • A genuine passion for coaching, developing and retaining great people.

  • Confidence leading teams both in person and remotely.

  • A great eye for fashion, styling and visual presentation.

  • Organised, adaptable and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.

Experience overseeing department store concessions would be highly regarded.

The Offer |

  • Generous salary package, including car allowance.

  • Monday–Friday roster, with some flexibility required during peak trade.

  • Exceptional annual clothing allowance, paid quarterly.

  • Up to 50% off new-season collections.

  • Seasonal bonus opportunities.
