We are now seeking a Social Media Manager who is equally as passionate about curating a stunning social presence as they are about diving deep into the performance of socials to ensure they are meeting overarching business goals.
The Role |
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across all brands social channels- Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You’ll work closely with the creative and digital team to develop a strategy that feels elevated, original, and emotionally resonant.
You’ll collaborate with the in-house creative team and broader marketing department to bring concepts to life in real-time - crafting a scroll-stopping social presence that engages and inspires brides across the world.
Redefine and evolve our social media pillars to better reflect our brand identity, vision, and values
Develop and execute weekly content calendars that balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives
Work with the creative and marketing teams to translate seasonal campaigns into platform-appropriate content
Plan, shoot, and edit content (photo and video) optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Ensure all social content reflects a cohesive brand aesthetic and speaks to our global audience with impact and intimacy
Monitor and stay ahead of platform trends, with the aim to lead
Report weekly and monthly on performance metrics, using insights to guide future content decisions
Test content formats, posting rhythms, and creative ideas to optimise engagement and reach
Track competitor performance and evolving bridal and fashion trends across social
Collaborate with the customer experience and marketing teams to ensure timely, meaningful interactions with our online community
Respond to DMs, tags, and comments where appropriate to foster a high-touch, responsive brand presence
Work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, retail, and e-commerce teams to support key launches and brand moments
The Skillset |
3+ years of social media experience in a fast-paced fashion, lifestyle, or content-driven brand
Strong visual instinct with the ability to create beautiful, editorial content across photo and video
Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling/analytics tools
Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail, tone, and timing
Comfortable interpreting data, measuring success, and making strategic improvements based on performance
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a creative, high-output environment
Passion for bridal, fashion, and building an aspirational brand presence
