The Brand |

This Queensland based bridal brand is internationally renowned, and redefining the bridal experience. During an exciting time of growth, they are elevating their brand identity with a focus on refinement, beautiful execution and fearless innovation. 

We are now seeking a Content Director to join the team based in stunning Burleigh Heads headquarters.

The Role |

Part of the marketing team – imagine a role set in state of the art settings, where you will be visually inspired to create worldclass content – you will drive content direction across all digital platforms, including editorial and visual content - developing concepts for brand campaigns, and lead a creative team to deliver content that champions the brand storytelling, and drives brand awareness.

  • Define and refine the visual identity and tone of voice across all brand channels

  • Contribute to concept development for seasonal campaigns, capsule launches, collaborations, and runway moments

  • Create all creative output, ensuring it reflects the evolving aesthetic and ambition of the brand

  • Develop and own the brand’s content strategy across web, email, social, in-store, and emerging platforms

  • Create and contribute to the strategic content calendar that balances brand storytelling with commercial performance

  • Ensure all content is elevated, on-brand, and aligned with key business objectives

  • Lead the creation, curation of all social content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook

  • Plan, shoot, and edit compelling, editorially-driven content tailored to each platform – from low-fi to elevated styles

  • Identify and leverage trends, sounds, and creative formats that extend reach, deepen engagement, and grow brand equity

  • Collaborate with a growing in-house and freelance creative team, including designers, content creators, photographers, stylists, and editors

  • Collaborate closely with the design, digital, marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure seamless brand consistency across touchpoints

  • Source and manage external creative collaborators where required

  • Stay ahead of trends, ensuring the brand remains distinctive and aspirational

  • Identify and pitch creative partnerships, shoot concepts, or brand moments that push the brand forward

The Skillset |

  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in content, brand, or creative direction - ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or design-led brands

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership, storytelling, and brand development across digital and editorial platforms

  • Hands-on experience in shoot production, art direction, content creation, and social media execution

  • Proven ability to collaborate with and inspire a creative team in a fast-paced, highly visual business

  • A natural balance of conceptual thinking, editorial taste, and commercial awareness

  • Passion for high end fashion, and storytelling that resonates with a global audience
