A leader in this luxury space they offer stylish and functional pieces that will take you from beach to bar.  We're now searching for a Assistant Store Manager who inspires their team, passionate about developing long term relationships with customers for the flagship location in Sydney CBD..    

The Role |

As the Assistant Store Manager, you are driven, you will work to develop a sales strategy for proactively managing the performance of the store, supporting the Store Manager in the upskilling and development of your team. In this role, you:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction, maximize profitability and productivity, and comply with all company policy and procedure.

  • Lead by example and set the tone for the sales and service culture in store by achieving personal and store targets.

  • Have a flare for styling and eye for detail. You will dress windows and play a part in visually merchandising of your store, adhering to VM guidelines and standards. Also taking on a commercial approach having key sellers in clear sight lines.

  • Supporting the implementation and development of CRM & Clienteling initiatives to strengthen clientele network for the store.

The Skills | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with a strong background in Australian Designer or Luxury, you also have demonstrated experience in:

  • You have previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer.

  • You come to us with a deep understanding of what it means to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials.

  • You have an innate ability to inspire, empower, and guide a team to success. You’re professional and results focused leadership style 

  • Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear .

  • The ability to problem solve, show resilience, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own.
