The Role |
As the Assistant Store Manager, you are driven, you will work to develop a sales strategy for proactively managing the performance of the store, supporting the Store Manager in the upskilling and development of your team. In this role, you:
Ensure customer satisfaction, maximize profitability and productivity, and comply with all company policy and procedure.
Lead by example and set the tone for the sales and service culture in store by achieving personal and store targets.
Have a flare for styling and eye for detail. You will dress windows and play a part in visually merchandising of your store, adhering to VM guidelines and standards. Also taking on a commercial approach having key sellers in clear sight lines.
Supporting the implementation and development of CRM & Clienteling initiatives to strengthen clientele network for the store.
The Skills |
To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with a strong background in Australian Designer or Luxury, you also have demonstrated experience in:
You have previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer.
You come to us with a deep understanding of what it means to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials.
You have an innate ability to inspire, empower, and guide a team to success. You’re professional and results focused leadership style
Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear .
The ability to problem solve, show resilience, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own.
