An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Skincare Therapist to join the opening team of their new Burnside Boutique in Adelaide.
The Role |
As a Skincare Therapist, you'll combine technical expertise with exceptional client care to deliver personalised consultations and luxury facial treatments. More than a therapist, you'll build meaningful client relationships, educate and inspire through your skincare knowledge, and create memorable experiences that foster long-term loyalty.
Commercially minded, you'll also contribute to the success of the business through clienteling, appointment management and tailored product recommendations.
In addition, you will:
Deliver exceptional facial treatments and personalised skincare consultations within a luxury environment.
Proactively manage facial appointments, client rebooking, and treatment schedules.
Educate and inspire clients through expert skincare knowledge, techniques, trends, and product recommendations.
Introduce clients to complementary beauty categories, creating a considered and holistic luxury experience.
Support skincare events, workshops, and client experiences, demonstrating exceptional technical expertise and professionalism.
Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through thoughtful CRM and client engagement.
Contribute to individual and team sales objectives while maintaining an unwavering focus on client experience.
Maintain impeccable treatment room, hygiene, presentation, and operational standards.
Share your expertise with the wider beauty team, supporting and elevating their skincare knowledge and confidence.
Remain curious and informed about emerging skincare trends, treatments, ingredients, and developments within the luxury beauty landscape.
The Skillset |
We're looking for an experienced beauty professional who understands that exceptional luxury service is as much about connection and intuition as it is technical expertise.
You will bring:
A recognised facial, beauty therapy, or relevant professional qualification.
Exceptional hands-on facial and massage techniques.
Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, anatomy, and physiology.
Strong consultation and selling skills with the ability to recommend products authentically and confidently.
An understanding of clienteling and the importance of developing long-term client relationships.
Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence working within a fast-paced, performance-focused luxury environment.
Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to presentation, hygiene, and professional standards.
A collaborative approach and genuine desire to share knowledge and contribute to the wider team's success.
