The Role I
We are seeking a Senor Client Advisor for Timepiece & Fine Jewellery to join this expanding category for what will be a newly refurbished location later this year in the heart of Melbourne CBD. You will join earlier and have a thorough onboarding learning the brands processes and systems.
As the face of the brand, upholding their vision and standards through customer experience - creating meaningful experiences for clients and longstanding relationships that are built on trust and an understanding of shopping preferences.
You will lead by example and ensuring every client interaction reflects the standards of a world-class luxury environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Contribute to the performance of the Timepiece and fine jewellery category in the boutique – including high jewellery sales
Support the training and development of Fashion Advisors with Timepiece and fine jewellery knowledge
Build in-depth client understanding to support, Eventing. Merchandising and Marketing
Attend High Jewellery events and contribute on developing visibility and awareness within Fashion & WFJ customers
Contribute to WFJ related boutique operations including assortment and stock optimization, After-sales, complaint handling

Previous experience in Fine Jewellery and Timepieces
A strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve high performance
A hands-on approach with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for client service, with the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships
Strong operational capability across stock management, sales processes, and reporting
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
A natural passion for fashion, retail, and delivering elevated customer experiences
