Production Coordinator

The Brand |

Reporting to the Production and Sourcing Manager this is a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective production of all brand products to consistently achieve exceptional quality. You'll work closely with various teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, contributing significantly to their collaborative and dynamic work culture.
The Role |
Critical Path Adherence: Work diligently to the critical path set by the Product Design & Development Manager.
Launch Plan Management: Own and maintain the Launch Plan Document, ensuring all data is refreshed regularly, and delivery dates in Netsuite and the Delivery Summary are current and aligned with the marketing calendar.
Supplier Liaison: Facilitate regular WIP meetings with suppliers, track production schedules, and proactively follow up on any issues, reporting updates to the broader team.
Internal Collaboration: Lead fortnightly WIP meetings with the Product Team to monitor development status, flag potential delays, and ensure awareness of outstanding approvals. You'll also provide weekly or fortnightly updates to the Operations Team on delivery changes.
Product Data Ownership: Ensure all product data in Netsuite is accurate, working closely with the Product Manager on information handover and facilitating data enrichment for logistics.
Barcode/EAN Handover: Manage the handover and validation of barcodes with suppliers, ensuring data accuracy and correct scanning.
Sample Order Management: Monitor sample order status, coordinate deliveries with factories, facilitate weekly meetings with the Marketing team for photo samples, and manage sample handover internally.
General Production Management: Resolve production issues, flag delivery risks, manage PO changes (including split POs), liaise with the Finance Team on payments, and ensure adherence to packaging standards. You'll also support the Production and Sourcing Manager with order splits and regional POs.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the creation and management of process manuals as required, ensuring visibility to all stakeholders.

You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
You're highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You're an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.
You're proactive, with a strong ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
Experience with ERP systems (like Netsuite) and managing production critical paths is highly desirable.
