The Role |

We are seeking an experienced Multi-State Manager to join the business on a 3-month fixed-term contract, leading a portfolio of stores across multiple regions.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, supporting and developing retail leaders, and ensuring a consistently exceptional customer experience across the network. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide strategic oversight while remaining connected to the day-to-day realities of retail operations.

Leading a team of Area Managers, Cluster Managers, Store Managers, and retail teams, you will focus on driving performance, strengthening team capability, and maintaining operational excellence across your region. This opportunity would suit an agile and influential retail leader who can quickly build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting a network of retail leaders across multiple states

  • Driving sales performance, profitability, and key commercial outcomes

  • Coaching and developing leadership teams to maximise performance and engagement

  • Analysing business performance and implementing action plans to drive results

  • Ensuring consistency in customer experience, visual merchandising, and operational standards

  • Supporting talent development, succession planning, and team capability

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver key business initiatives

  • Leading through change while maintaining strong team engagement and culture

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail leader with a proven track record leading large-scale, multi-site operations and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience in a Multi-State, Regional, or Senior Area Management role

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations

  • Proven success coaching and developing high-performing retail leaders

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability

  • Experience leading through change, transformation, or periods of growth

  • A customer-first mindset and passion for creating high-performing retail cultures

  • The ability to quickly establish credibility, influence teams, and make an immediate impact
