This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury retail house at the Head office as a 6 month Talent Acquisition Specialist to support during peak trade. The Role |

With boutiques across Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland your role will be accountable for the recruitment of Client Advisors across all categories, Beauty, RTW, Accessories, Fine Jewellery and Watches.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition this role will:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across Client Advisors for all categories

  • Build proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent

  • Deliver exceptional brand aligned candidate communications that reflect the prestige of the brand

The Skillset |

This is an immediately available role for 6 months running until Dec 2026. You must be based in Sydney and happy to commute to the office 2 days a week.

We are open to profiles on a WHV and candidates with experience in a recruitment agency background in retail or hospitality are highly preferred.

  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience – with a strong understanding of best practise and candidate care

  • Agency experience is highly regarded – you can handle volume, are resilient and always looking for the solution

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can represent the brand credibly and sell the dream

  • The ability to hold multiple roles simultaneously without losing rigour or pace

  • Tech savvy – you have experience using ATS, job boards and are active on LinkedIn
