The Role |
As the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s end-to-end global logistics operations. You’ll be the central point for international shipping, global warehousing, and customer fulfilment ensuring product flows smoothly, accurately, and cost-effectively across all regions.
This role suits someone who thrives in a multi-region environment, understands the nuances of fashion supply chains, and is comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and international partners.
Responsibilities in this role will include -
Global Logistics & Shipping:
Manage all international freight across sea, air and courier networks, including schedules, documentation and customs.
Mitigate transit risks and ensure smooth multi-region shipping flows.
Optimise global freight routes, lead times and costs across HK, USA, Australia and EU warehouses.
3PL Management:
Own relationships with 3PL partners across four regions, ensuring consistent performance and SLA delivery.
Monitor accuracy, speed, inventory control and customer fulfilment quality.
Drive cross-warehouse process improvements, system alignment and operational consistency.
International Customer Management:
Coordinate compliant wholesale shipments and routing guides for global customers.
Support D2C fulfilment escalations with regional warehouses and Customer Care.
Maintain strong communication with international distributors, stockists and partners.
Inventory & Supply Chain Operations:
Oversee inbound PO flow, stock receipts, reconciliation and inventory accuracy across all 3PLs.
Maintain clean SKU data, stock levels, transfers and reporting.
Provide production, planning and merchandising teams with real-time logistics insights.
Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements across global logistics processes.
Collaborate with Tech/ERP teams to enhance integrations and data quality.
Develop scalable SOPs to support ongoing international expansion.
The Skillset |
5–7+ years experience in logistics, supply chain or operations ideally within fashion, apparel or consumer goods.
Demonstrated capability working with international 3PLs and multi-warehouse environments.
Strong understanding of global freight, customs, duty and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident working with suppliers, warehouses and international customers.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments.
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and build structure as the brand scales.
