We are looking for a Home Designer to join the team to work across soft home categories, spanning both licensed ranges and customer house brands.
The Role |
This Home Designer position sits within the Home team and is a broad, generalist design role that supports the full function. You'll work across soft home categories, spanning both licensed ranges and customer house brands, partnering closely with the wider team to bring seasonal stories to life from concept through to production.
You'll contribute across multiple product areas and aesthetics, helping shape ranges that are trend-right, customer-aligned, and commercially strong. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who enjoys variety, loves textiles and product storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
Supporting the Home design team across all soft home categories, including both licensed and house brand products.
Researching trends, colours, finishes, materials and key seasonal directions to inform range building.
Developing mood boards, range concepts and product stories aligned to retailer and licensor requirements.
Designing placements, repeats/yardage and softer graphic elements where relevant to category needs.
Creating clear product presentations and storyboards for internal review and retail/customer meetings.
Collaborating with production, buying and technical teams to ensure design intent is executed through sampling and bulk production.
Managing multiple categories and deadlines concurrently in a high-volume seasonal calendar.
The Skillset I
Experience designing in soft home categories or adjacent home/lifestyle/textile products.
Ability to flex across different brand aesthetics — from licensed worlds to retailer house brands.
Strong trend, colour and product research skills with a commercial mindset.
Confident in communicating design direction and supporting range storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) and presentation tools.
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working at speed across multiple projects.
Positive, collaborative working style and genuine team-first approach.
