The Role | 

As the brand continues to scale across key markets, we’re looking for a highly organised Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and keep product moving seamlessly across the network.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the detail, loves the rhythm of logistics admin, and takes real pride in accuracy.

You’ll be responsible for managing a range of admin-heavy logistics tasks with precision, from updating internal systems in real time as stock arrives across local and international warehouses to handling packing lists, delivery confirmations, inbound records and shipment documentation.

You’ll liaise frequently with freight partners, warehouses and internal teams to keep goods moving smoothly.

A key part of the role includes maintaining inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies such as short shipments or missing pieces, working closely with warehouse teams to resolve receiving issues, and supporting cross-functional teams with clear, accurate reporting on product movement.

The Skillset | 

  • Exceptional attention to detail, consistently spotting errors before they escalate.

  • Natural comfort with the operational rhythm of logistics and admin-heavy workflows.

  • Strong communication skills when working with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues and maintaining accurate data.

  • Experience in fashion or at minimum retail or consumer goods, providing the industry awareness to thrive in a style-driven, time-sensitive supply chain.
