The Role | 

The Inventory Operations Manager plays a vital role in maintaining inventory integrity across all systems and global fulfilment channels. This full-time position reports to the Head of Supply Chain and has one direct report. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with departments like IT, Finance, Retail Risk, and Planning, as well as external partners such as 3PL providers. Key responsibilities include managing inventory accuracy, resolving stock discrepancies, overseeing stock takes, optimizing inventory lifecycle processes, and delivering insightful reporting and analytics. The role demands a continuous improvement mindset and leadership qualities to drive operational excellence and scalable growth.

The Skills | 

3–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related roles within retail or e-commerce

  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and lifecycle management

  • Hands-on experience with ERP and inventory systems (NetSuite, RMS preferred)

  • Proficiency in Excel and inventory data analysis tools

  • Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma certifications highly regarded)

  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and support team members

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills internally and with external partners

  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, solutions-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
