Customer Experience Specialist

The Role |

The Customer Experience Specialist will play a key role in ensuring delivery of exceptional service to direct-to-consumer customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders across all markets. This position supports the continued growth and success of the brand by fostering strong customer relationships and maintaining high service standards.

  • Manages all customer calls as first point of contact

  • Manage all enquiries through Gorgias promptly

  • Manage all returns and refunds

  • Work closely with the 3PL on order processing

  • Receives and processes customer orders, enquiries, and/or complaints via the phone, email, website and social media with timeliness top of mind

  • Complete error, backorder and unfulfilled reports.

  • Support customer experience team with any escalated issues

  • Manage and develop a junior Customer care profile

The Skillset |

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Customer experience role  

  • Some leadership skills would be highly regarded

  • Excellent organisational, accuracy and time management skills.

  • Experience with eCommerce and customer ticketing solutions Gorgias/Zendesk etc

  • Experience with Returns portals - Loop / Refundid or similar  

  • Experience working with 3PLs and WMS (Warehouse management systems) 

  • Experience with ERP systems - Cin7 / Indigo8 or similar 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
