The Role |
Reporting directly to the Founder, this is not a traditional corporate General Manager role. You'll lead a small, high-performing team where success comes from balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
This is a true hands-on opportunity. You'll be just as comfortable developing commercial strategy and driving business growth as you are jumping into the detail - reviewing marketing campaigns, solving operational challenges, supporting retail performance, working through production issues or analysing financial performance. Everyone contributes, and you'll lead by example.
You'll take ownership of the commercial performance of the business while building the structure, processes and operational discipline to support continued growth, without losing the agility, creativity and exceptional client experience that has made the brand so successful.
Drive overall business performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
Partner closely with the Founder to execute the strategic vision of the business.
Lead retail, ecommerce and wholesale performance across all channels.
Oversee marketing, CRM, digital strategy, PR, partnerships and seasonal launches.
Manage day-to-day operations including inventory, production, logistics and supplier relationships.
Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.
Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
The Skillset |
You're an experienced commercial leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, founder-led businesses.
You enjoy building businesses rather than simply managing them and are energised by being involved in every aspect of the operation. You don't mind wearing multiple hats and are equally comfortable presenting a growth strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to help deliver it.
You'll bring:
Senior leadership experience within luxury, premium retail, fashion or jewellery.
Experience growing multi-channel businesses across retail, ecommerce and wholesale.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to execute, not just delegate.
The ability to work autonomously, solve problems quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
