Our client is revolutionizing the world of tailoring in a new to market brand that is launching in September. This is your chance to be part of something incredible – supporting a business from launch, based in the heart of Melbourne in stunning new office space, this brand is changing the game around tailoring for men and women. We are now looking for an eCommerce Manager with a strong marketing lens to drive their online business.
The Role |
The E-Commerce Manager is a platform operator, business manager, marketer and community builder. They have an entrepreneurial spirit, and make smart business decisions guided by brand values. Your main role is to operate their online platform, meet Database and Online acquisition targets and ensure an exceptional experience for each customer.
Work with the Creative Director to develop and implement the look and feel of the online store, the products and copy
Ensure all products, collateral and copy are uploaded and that the store is merchandised per the weekly VM plan
Assist the Technical Director to improve our platform both for customer engagement and operational efficiency
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer support
Work with the Creative Director to create and execute finely targeted campaigns to our database
Work with the Creative Director to create and execute online/social campaigns that acquire new customers online
Manage external digital marketing agency or internal AI agents to achieve the team goals
Analyse and understand campaign performance and look at ways of improving performance
Deliver weekly reflections and recaps on business performance, strengths and · opportunities
Work with the Technical Director to improve the Online Acquisition process and to improve the re-make rate for first time customers
Ensure a high quality of customer service through quick, credible and useful communications with customers
Be a brand ambassador and storyteller for our proposition and values Create a loyal community who repeatedly visit and purchase from your store
The Skillset |
We are looking to connect with smart, driven people who are hungry to learn and excited to build something special as opposed to a significant level of experience in eCommerce, if you are agile, passionate, curios and self driven and tech savvy then this could be your dream role!
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Strong background in Retail or Business Leadership
Experience in eCommerce in similar level roles
Agile, adaptable and tech savvy
