The Brand I
Our client is a women’s multi-brand luxury retailer stocking a curated collection of some of the most coveted local and international designers. They are the destination for elevated basics, event dressing and resort wear and they provide their clients with a personalized and elevated retail experience. As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic team member to join their customer-focused operations.
The Role I
We’re looking for a Ecommerce & Customer Care Assistant to deliver seamless support across online customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone who’s worked in a small brand environment in online customer care or in retail and is comfortable navigating platforms like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and help maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with order management, returns, and exchanges on Shopify or similar platforms.
Support the team in managing tickets through Zendesk, Gorgias, or equivalent systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with the Ecommerce team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Help update product information, inventory, and online content as needed.
Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve service standards.
Assist with social media or marketing campaigns when required.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks and operational projects.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
Skills & Experience I
Previous experience in customer service, either in-store or online.
Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order management.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms.
