The Brand I  

This Australian wellness and beauty brand is a category leader, known for its science-led products, distinctive visual identity and loyal global customer base. With strong momentum across eCommerce, wholesale, retail and international markets, the brand continues to scale while staying deeply connected to creativity, craft and purpose. 

They are now seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering brand-led creative across all touchpoints. 

The Role I  

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager and working closely with the CEO / Creative Director, this role is responsible for the conceptual development and execution of high-quality creative that brings the brand to life across digital, print, retail and wholesale channels. 

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role suited to a designer who is equally strong in concept and execution, thrives in a fast-growing environment, and takes pride in maintaining a premium, consistent brand presence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO / Creative Director and Marketing team to develop and deliver brand-aligned creative concepts. 

  • Lead the visual execution of campaigns across digital, social, eCommerce, print, POS, packaging and wholesale assets. 

  • Translate brand strategy into compelling creative that drives customer acquisition, retention and commercial outcomes. 

  • Produce finished artwork for both print and digital, including campaign assets, website graphics, eDMs, social media, presentations and retail collateral. 

  • Champion and maintain brand guidelines across all visual outputs. 

  • Partner closely with marketing, eCommerce and content teams to deliver integrated creative across all touchpoints. 

  • Manage creative workflows, timelines and approvals in line with campaign calendars and go-to-market plans.

  • Maintain and curate the brand’s image and asset library. 

  • Brief, review and oversee freelance designers as required. 

  • Ensure all creative is delivered on time, on brief and to the highest quality standard.

The Skillset I  

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, either in-house or agency-side. 

  • Strong experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle or premium consumer brands 

  • Advanced skills across Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. 

  • Confident working across both print and digital, with a strong understanding of web, UI and UX principles. 

  • Highly conceptual with the ability to translate ideas into polished, commercially effective creative. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control. 

  • Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
