As part of their expansion, they are searching for a Boutique Manager to lead the team in the busy location in Claremont, Perth.
The Role |
As a leader within the boutique, you are responsible for building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards. In this role you will inspire and mentor your team to reach set KPIs and sales targets - celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy. Inspire and mentor a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets - celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy.
Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement.
Effectively manage the wage costs in store and roster for success.
Recruit, select and train like-minded team members.
Are a passionate brand ambassador.
Oversee store operations including stock room management and immaculate store presentation (visual merchandising).
Drive and excel in providing an amazing customer experience in store through seasonal events.
Develop & maintain relationships with VIPs.
Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage control.

The Skillset |
The ideal candidate will bring an amazing energy, lead from the front in what they do and focus on customer experience and clientelling,
You have previous Concession Manager, Boutique Manager or Assistant Management experience built in an environment of 1:1 customer experience.
You understand how to create a memorable service experience for customers.
You have experience in training, coaching and mentoring team members.
You have a proven record of driving and exceeding KPI's.
