The Brand |

We seek a systematically minded, administrative gun with advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup) for this pivotal support role in the business. This role will support the business operations executing in cross functional tasking relating to sales or in and out as well as all Customer Service needs across the business units.
The Role |
Ensure that any Sales orders are entered into AP21 in a timely and efficient manner utilising bulk tool options where necessary.
Ensure that all sales orders are accurately linked/allocated utilising the ERP functions and/or bulk data extracts.
Respond to any internal queries and/or follow up on any queries from Sales team and external stakeholders inclusive of retail partners.
Ensure that all delivery windows for all sales orders are accurately represented in the system updating as required.
Ensure that all pick runs for the warehouse teams are correctly created and are in line with order of priority across wholesale and retail business partners.
Ensure that all unfulfilled orders are followed up and managed. Any short shipments are to be communicated to Sales team and/or external retail partner in a timely manner and unfulfilled/short shipped orders closed out as required from system level.
Work in conjunction with Operations team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and dispatched within required time frame.
Sales Order Tracking: Maintenance of departmental tracking tools updating as required.
The Skillset |
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint
Experience in administering EDI orders within an ERP system (Apparel 21 or like ERP system)
Experience in dealing with a large volume of data
Ability to work within a team environment, have a strong sales/customer service background and work autonomously when required
Experience in management of retailer portals
