The Role |
Reporting to the Operations Manager - the executive assistant is a critical role that enables the smooth operation of both the executive’s business and creative priorities. This is a highly dynamic position that requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage complex scheduling, coordinate cross-functional communication, and provide strategic administrative support with professionalism and discretion. You’ll be the trusted point of contact across internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and clarity in all aspects of the executive’s workflow. This role offers a unique opportunity to be immersed in the inner workings of a forward-thinking fashion business, where creative vision meets operational excellence.
The Skillset |
Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally within a premium or luxury DTC brand – jewellery, fashion or beauty highly preferred
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with professional presence and interpersonal tact across all levels.
High level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information and executive matters.
Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction.
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, proficient in calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, and office software tools.
